This project is unique in its architectural design: it was carried out by Italian architects in the Moscow’s 18th century style – one-floor buildings of various heights, with several types of facades, complex roofs with many irregular shapes, aged paving stones. In the central part of the ensemble there is a dry fountain and a small copy of the Menshikov tower (Chistye Prudy/ The Clean Ponds).
Еhe original snow melting system is the feature of object’s improvements – pipes with hot water are laid under all pedestrian zones; the system eliminates the formation of ice in winter.
The first stage general contractor is STEP (“СТЭП” group of companies). Metal structures for load-bearing frames were made at two factories, in St. Petersburg and in Orel, the most part of products and materials are of domestic production, engineering equipment and fine finishing made by European brands.
Сo-investor of the project is Belaya Dacha LLC, a well-known producer of greens and salads in our region. The construction process was carried out taking into account the requirements of foreign partners, Russian co-investor and in compliance with the BREEAM standard (a method for assessing environmental performance developed in 1990 by the British company BRE Global, worldwide).
